Level 1 Restrictions
8 May 2020
As of today, the Dental Board of Australia has confirmed the easing down of restrictions in the dental industry down to level 1.
What does this mean?
Most treatments will be back to normal using standard restrictions.
However, patients screening, strict sterilization and cleaning procedures of all our clinical areas will remain under strict regulations in order to ensure all patients and staff safety while visiting the clinic.
We will not be able to proceed as per normal with our mobile services until further notice.
We look forward to seeing you all soon.

Infection Control guidelines at the clinic
29 April 2020
We would also like to inform you that the authorities have put in place a series of procedures for all patients, and this in order to reduce the risks of infection control but also for the general safety of our staff, other patients and yourself.
Prior to your appointment, you will be asked a series of questions involving your general health, age and possible contact with any confirmed cases.
We also recommend if possible, to attend your appointment alone or bring minimal additional persons.
On arrival to your appointment, one of our staff members may go through those questions again and also ask you to rub your hands for 20 sec with ABHR (Alcohol-based hand rub) before proceding to the treatment area.
On our side, we would like to reassure you that we are leaving extra time between each patient, for thorough disinfection of the treatment area and change of all PPE equipment.
We thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you.

We are taking bookings... please call our clinic for any bookings.

Alert Level 3
27 March 2020
As you are no doubt aware, COVID-19 is effecting the way we currently go about our day to day lives. We hope you are all doing well and practicing the general advice as issued by our state health department.
We would like to inform you that the The Australian Federal Government and Australian Dental Association (ADA) has issued new regulations on the dental services that we can provide to you at this time and currently, these restrictions prevent us from providing you with any general treatments related to dentures.
At Custom Denture Clinic, we value the health and safety of our staff and our patients and unfortunately this means that as of today, our clinic will be not be seeing any patients until further notice.
We urge all valued patients, who have any scheduled appointments in the next few weeks, to keep an eye on our website for any changes. We will keep updating this page, as we receive any new updates from the authorities and we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
We however wish to remain accessible to you via our social network (facebook and website) and invite you to get in touch with us in case of emergency. We will assess your case and do our very best to offer any possible advise and support, within the safety guidelines given to us by our state health department.
We thank you for your understanding and wish you all the very best while we all navigate through these uncertain times. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Kind regards
The team at Custom Denture Clinic.
